Technical Abstract Submission
Submission deadline: June 6
We are seeking abstracts that feature emerging research and innovation in methods-based content.
Abstracts will be sought in the following focus areas for both poster and oral formats:
AI and Food Systems
Examples: new technologies, predictive modeling, genetics, crop management
| Nutrition
Examples: food adulteration, fiber innovations, carbohydrate emerging research
|
Food Safety
Examples: listeria, pathogens, microbiology
| Plant-Based Proteins
Examples: quality and baking attributes, guidelines, measurement, increasing visibility
|
Instruments
Examples: NIR, beyond proximates, mycotoxins and vomitoxins
| Regulations and Traceability
Examples: heavy metals, pesticides, enhanced policies

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations MUST be made in writing and received by Cereals & Grains Association no later than September 13, 2024. Cancellations received by this date are subject to a $100 processing fee. Registration cancellations received after September 13, 2024, are NOT subject to a refund.
Registration fees will be refunded the same way they were paid to Cereals & Grains Association.
Attendee substitutions are permitted. If the original registrant is a member, the substitute must also be a member or pay the membership fee or the difference between the member and nonmember rate.
If Cereals & Grains cancels the event or associated ticketed events, Cereals & Grains Association is not liable for any charges, including nonrefundable hotel charges, airfares, or change penalties imposed by an airline.
