Guest registration is not required. However, attendees wishing to bring guests to networking events must provide their Guest's full name and purchase tickets in advance during the registration process. Limited quantities will be available for purchase onsite.
Guests must have a name badge and ticket to attend ticketed functions. Guests do not have access to the scientific sessions, posters, or exhibit hall.Co-workers and business associates are not considered guests and must pay registration fees.
Meeting cancellations MUST be made in writing and received no later than October 3, 2019
. Cancellations received by this date are subject to a $125 processing fee; any guest tickets purchased will be fully refunded. Registration and ticketed event cancellations received after October 3, 2019
, are NOT subject to a refund. AACC International – Cereals & Grains Association reserves the right to cancel the meeting if a sufficient number of registrations are not received by October 3, 2019
. If the association cancels this meeting, your registration fee will be refunded in full. Every presenter of an oral presentation or poster abstract MUST register by August 15, 2019
or the abstract will be withdrawn from the meeting.
