St. Paul, Minn. (April 26, 2007) — CEREAL FOODS WORLD (CFW), AACC International’s premier publication, is now available online. Back issues of CFW, beginning with the January/February 2006 issue, are now available to online subscribers. All student members and members in developing countries will receive an online subscription to CFW as part of their membership package. Professional members will continue to receive the print version, but have the option of purchasing an online subscription at an additional cost. Online subscribers have the ability to search feature as well as research and review articles and columns directly from the CFW website at www.aaccnet.org/cerealfoodsworld/default.asp. CFW reaches all of AACC International’s members. The magazine covers grain-based food science, technology, and new product development. CFW includes high-quality feature articles and scientific research papers written by professionals with hands-on experience that focus on advances in grain-based food science and the application of these advances to product development and food production practices.
