  • Publish and Present Your Research — Establish yourself as a recognized grain-based food professional by publishing your research in Cereal Chemistry‚ at reduced membership rates, or presenting your findings at the annual meeting.


  • Awards and Honors — Awards programs recognizing excellence are supported by AACC International  and include the Geddes Memorial Award, Thomas Burr Osborne Medal, C.W. Brabender Award, Excellence in Teaching Award, AACC International  Fellows, the Alsberg-French-Schoch Memorial Lectureship and Honorary Memberships.


  • Scholarships and Fellowships — The AACC International  Foundation Endowment Fund, created by member donations, provides scholarships and fellowships annually for students majoring in disciplines related to cereal science.


  • Training through AACC International  Continuing Education Programs — Gain in-depth knowledge by attending AACC International  Continuing Education Programs including short courses led by experts that focus on comprehensive, practical knowledge.   • Analytical Sanitation Certification — Internationally acclaimed for its excellence, the ASC program measures individual qualifications, helps maintain and advance standards for product sanitation and enhances supplier-manufacturer relationships by providing a common ground of technical competence.


  • Working Together to Find Solutions — Members work together on various initiatives through AACC International  technical and administrative committees. Committee participants help identify emerging issues, create definitions for critical industry ingredients, as well as investigate and develop analytical methodology. Private industry, academia and government rely on AACC International to make information readily available through these member- driven forums.
