- Regional Sections and Divisions — Members
are encouraged to join AACC International regional Sections and
subject-matter Divisions to foster interaction between
similar professional challenges and geographic regions.
Section and Division activities encourage members
to keep communication channels open year-round.
Many sponsor one- to three-day events. There is
an additional, minimal dues amount required to belong
to a Section or Division.
Choose from the Canadian Prairie, Central States, Cincinnati, Europe, Japan, Kansas City, Manhattan, Midwest, Nebraska, New York, Northern California, Northwest, Pacific Northwest and Pioneer Sections.
Divisions include: Biotechnology, Carbohydrate, Engineering and Processing, Flavors and Food Ingredients, Milling and Baking, Nutrition, Protein, Rheology, Rice and Student.
