Registration

Registrations will be accepted until April 27. After April 27 participants will need to register onsite. Please be advised that a limited number of registrations will be available onsite - register today! Download, complete, and fax the registration form. Payment is required with your registration. The golf tournament is not included in the conference registration.

Reception tickets must be purchased in advance for those attendees not staying at the Embassy Suites San Diego Bay Hotel and attending the reception. See registration form.Hotel Information

Embassy Suites Hotel – San Diego Bay Downtown is the headquarters for this year's Spring Technical Conference. This all-suite hotel is minutes from San Diego International Airport (SAN) and many of San Diego’s restaurants and famous attractions.

Online: Online reservations are not available at this time.  Please book by telephone as instructed above.

All guest rooms are two-room suites featuring a living room with sofa bed, workstation, flat screen TV, with mini-fridge, micro wave, coffee maker/coffee and wet bar. Bedrooms feature one king or two double beds, flat screen TV, hair dryer, telephone with voice mail, alarm clocks with MP3 player connectivity, iron and ironing board. Complimentary USA Today newspaper, use of the business center, and fitness center are also included.

Golf Tournament – Wednesday, May 2

This year's golf tournament will be held at the Balboa Park Golf Course. Balboa Park Golf Course is located approximately 5 to 10 minutes from downtown San Diego. Balboa Park Golf Course is a beautiful, traditional and challenging golf course with great views of the San Diego skyline, Balboa Park and Pt. Loma with Pacific Ocean San Diego Harbor in the distant background. Golf fees are $130/player and include green fees, cart, and lunch. Advance registration and payment is required. The golf course has a very limited supply of club rentals. Please see registration form for registration. Please indicate your handicap or golf score and whether or not you have transportation to the course.
