• Professional Membership – Individuals working or interested in the field of grain-based foods  
• Student Membership – Individuals who are presently enrolled as full-time students in an accredited college or university in grain science or a related discipline
• Country with Developing Economy (CDE) Membership – Individuals who reside in a country with a developing economy, as determined by the World Bank
• Corporate Membership – Corporations, institutions, or businesses interested in supporting the activities of AACC International
