Hilton Baltimore Convention Center – The Ideal Location

The brand new Hilton Baltimore Convention Center is adjacent to the Baltimore Convention Center and lies in the heart of Baltimore, the Inner Harbor area. The Hilton Baltimore features a direct pedestrian skybridge to the Baltimore Convention Center is within walking distance to many local attractions, including:

• Baltimore’s Inner Harbor
• Harborplace and The Gallery
• Oriole Park at Camden Yards
• National Aquarium in Baltimore

AACC International has negotiated discount rates for the meeting and the Hilton will serve as the headquarters hotel.

Rooms are still available at the Hilton Baltimore. However, they may be out of rooms with king-sized beds. If you choose a room with a king-sized bed and it appears the hotel is full, please choose “no preference” instead and a different type of room will be available.

Hotel Reservations

Reservations may be made in one of the following ways:

Deadline

Reservations must be made by Internet or phone by August 13, 2009, to guarantee convention rates. After that date, room blocks will be released, and rooms/rates will be based on availability. All hotel reservations and inquiries should be made directly with the hotel.

Special Accommodations

Indicate any special needs you have when making reservations either online or by telephone.

Confirmations

Confirmations will be e-mailed to attendees making reservations using the Internet, if an e-mail address is provided. Confirmation numbers will be given to attendees making reservations by phone.

Room Deposit, Payment Methods, and Tax

All rates are per room per night and are subject to 13.5% tax (subject to change). Reservations will not be accepted without a valid credit card guarantee of one night’s room rate plus tax for each room reserved.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to arrival date to receive full refund of room reservation deposit. No-shows will be subject to a one (1) night room and tax charge.
