Registration Deadlines
You are encouraged to register as early as possible for the AACC Annual Meeting. The deadline for Advance Registration is Thursday, September 16, 1999. By registering in advance, you save on your registration fee, and your meeting materials will be ready for you when you arrive at the meeting.

Tickets
Tickets will be collected for all food functions, including the AACC Welcome Reception and the Opening Session and Breakfast. It is AACC's policy not to refund tickets after September 16, 1999. This policy enables AACC to provide accurate attendance figures to the convention center, hotels and other suppliers, and allows the Association to keep meeting costs down. If you miss the September 16 deadline, you may be able to exchange tickets with other meeting attendees via the AACC Message Board located near Registration in Hall 4C. We appreciate your understanding.

Press Coverage
One complimentary registration per approved publication will be allowed for press coverage of the AACC Annual Meeting. Members of the press may register in advance (contact the Meetings Department) or on-site (inquire at the AACC Registration Desk).

Photo Release
Many photographs are taken throughout the AACC Annual Meeting, and are used in promotional materials after the meeting has concluded. By virtue of your attendance, you agree to AACC's use of your likeness in said promotional materials.

Meeting Attire
"Business casual" dress is encourage for all events at the 1999 Annual Meeting, including all technical sessions and symposia, table-top exhibits, Welcome Reception, poster sessions and Opening Session and Breakfast. Appropriate dress includes slacks, polo-style shirts, button-down collared shirts, blazers and sweaters for men; and slacks, casual skirts, polo-style shirts or blouses, blazers or sweaters, and comfortable shoes for women.

Emergency Information
The meeting registration form includes space for you to provide AACC staff with any necessary emergency and/or contact information while you are attending the Annual Meeting. A paramedic will be on-site at the Convention during registration hours.
