Closing Dates

June 18 Deadline for payment in full to guarantee listing in the Cereal Foods World® Preconvention Issue in August. Orders received after this date are not guaranteed preconvention publicity.
August 20 Deadline for product description listing in the program book.

A full refund will be made for all space canceled on or before May 28, 1999. A fifty-percent refund will be made for space canceled after May 28, 1999. No refunds will be allowed after July 16, 1999.


The exhibit fee includes one (1) free registration. Additional exhibitor registrations are available at the exhibitor price. All Exhibitors Must Fill Out an Annual Meeting Registration Form, to be distributed in July 1999.

Exhibits are Restricted to 30" Maximum Height and Table Area of 72" L × 30" W.

A limited number of Table-Tops with electricity will be available on a first-come basis. Please review the terms, conditions, rules and regulations regarding electricity and then check here o if you would like to reserve a Table-Top with electricity. All electrical hookups and costs are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
