Hotel Information

The Embassy Suites Kansas City – International Airport, is the site of the 2008 Milling & Baking Division Spring Technical Conference.

This all-suite hotel features the following amenities: High-speed Internet access throughout the hotel (fee); indoor pool/whirlpool/sauna; fitness center; business center; complimentary airport shuttle; complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast; nightly manager’s reception; and complimentary self-parking. All two-room suites include the following: King or two double beds featuring Serta Suite Dreams beds; sofa bed in living room; two televisions; small refrigerator; small microwave; coffee maker; and dining/work table.

$129.00 single/double + 15.725% tax + $1.74 Kansas City Arena Fee, per night.
All guest rooms are two-room suites (bedroom and living room). Rate includes a full, cooked-to-order breakfast and nightly manager’s reception. Please note taxes are subject to change at any time.

Registration

Register Now for the 2008 Milling and Baking Division Spring Technical Conference and Save!

The advance registration deadline has been extended to May 2, 2008!
After this date, registration fees will go up! Onsite registration will be available, if space allows.

Your registration fee includes refreshment breaks, one luncheon, and conference materials.  Golf tournament registration and club rental is not included in the conference registration fee and must be paid for additionally (see registration form).

Golf

This year’s golf tournament will be held at the Shoal Creek Golf Course, just 25 minutes from the Embassy Suites Hotel. You may view the course at www.shoalcreekgolf.com

Pre-registration and payment for the tournament is required and may be completed when you fill out your Spring Technical Conference registration form. The 2008 golf tournament fee includes: Green fee, range balls, tournament organization/scoring, lunch, cart, and $10.00 credit in pro shop.

A very limited amount of rental clubs are available at this course and the rental is $25.00. You may reserve your rental clubs when you register for the meeting and tournament. Reservations will be taken on a first-come-first-served basis.

If you will be driving to the meeting and can assist in providing transportation to the golf course, or will require transportation to the course, please be in touch with
