Golf Tournament

This year’s golf tournament will be held on Wednesday, May 16, 2007, at Angel Park Golf Club. Tee time is set for 8:00 a.m., on the Palm Course. You may view the course at www.angelpark.com

You must register, and pay, in advance for the tournament and can do so when you register for the meeting. If you need rental clubs, you will be able to register/pay for clubs on the same registration form.

Golf fees include: Range balls, golf cart, green fee, tournament pairing/scoring, and lunch.

Registration Form and Deadlines

Registration forms must be received by on or before May 1, 2007, to qualify for the advance registration fee. The late registration fee applies to registration forms received May 2, 2007, and beyond. May 5, 2007, is the last date registration forms will be processed at AACC Intl. headquarters. All registration forms received after this date will be held for onsite registration.

Online registration is not available. You may fax or mail your registration form. Payment must accompany the registration form in order to be processed. Only credit card payments may be faxed.

Cancellations

Cancellations received, at AACC International headquarters, on or before May 1, 2007, will be eligible for a full refund, less a $75 processing fee.
