Advances in Grain Science
Great Program
A cutting-edge technical program and access to the latest products and services are what makes the AACC Annual Meeting the standard for a technical meeting. And that is why an active and engaged international audience of 1,500 grain-based industry professionals attend this meeting year after year.
Great People
The American Association of Cereal Chemists (AACC) is a nonprofit organization representing nearly 3,500 grain-based industry professionals worldwide. If there is a new cracker, bread, cookie, pretzel, tortilla, frozen dough, or pasta or rice entree on the market, chances are that an AACC member was involved in designing, developing, and/or testing it. AACC has been the premier grain science resource for more than 85 years-proactively supporting its members' professional needs throughout the world.
Great Place
Maybe you have heard that Portland has been proclaimed as North America's "Best Big City" by Money magazine and one of "The 10 Greatest Places to Live" by Outside Magazine. It's easy to find limitless recreation, fabulous dining, flourishing culture, and an intriguing combination of eccentric and traditional. When you bring together the place that is Portland with the people and program that are AACC, you have it all.
