Registration Information
Save on your meeting registration by taking advantage of the Advance Registration rate. Register by September 6 and save! Registrations must be received via fax or postmarked by September 6, 2002.
If you have never been a member of AACC, take advantage of the Meeting Plus Membership option on the registration form. This is also available for students. It's a great opportunity to learn what being an AACC member is all about. Please note that this offer is not for current members or those who have been a member within the last 24 months.
Your registration fee allows you to attend all sessions and exhibits, the Exhibition Hall Grand Opening and Mixer and Welcome Reception.
Mail or fax your registration form along with payment. Faxed forms will not be processed unless credit card information is included. Unfortunately, no telephone registrations can be taken. If you have questions, please call AACC at +1.651.454.7250.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Meeting registration cancellations must be made in writing and received by AACC headquarters no later than September 13, 2002. Meeting registration cancellations received by this date are subject to a $50 processing fee; ticketed events will be fully refunded. Ticketed events and meeting registration cancellations received after September 13 are not subject to a refund.
Tickets
Tickets will be collected for all food functions including the AACC Welcome Reception. It is AACC's policy not to refund tickets after September 13, 2002. This policy enables AACC to provide accurate attendance figures to the convention center, hotels and other suppliers and allows the Association to keep meeting costs down. If you miss the September 13 deadline, you may be able to exchange tickets with other meeting attendees via the AACC Message Board located at the AACC registration area. We appreciate your understanding.
