Exhibitor Workshop

The Exhibitor Workshop provides you with the opportunity to showcase your products or services in an exclusive setting.

As a registered 2002 AACC Annual Meeting Exhibitor, you can take advantage of this engaging new format. Each workshop will consist of a one-hour presentation (includes question-and-answer period) and is open to all AACC Annual Meeting attendees. Fifteen minutes will be allowed, prior to and after your presentation time, for set-up and removal of your materials/equipment. The meeting room will be set theatre-style for 50 attendees and will be equipped with signage, projection screen, 35-mm slide projector, podium, microphone and materials table in front of the room. If you need any additional equipment in the room or an audio-visual technician, please contact the AACC Meetings Department. Additional rental costs will be billed to the exhibiting company. Workshops will be scheduled Monday and Tuesday (during non-conflicting exhibit hours) and Wednesday.
