Special one- or three-day public transit passes are available.

Old Montréal and the Old Port will take you on a historic journey from the place where the city was founded in 1642 to the French colony's winding paths, remarkable 18th and 19th century architecture, and the first Canadian skyscrapers. Experience ecology in the heart of Montréal! Four natural ecosystems create an environmental museum inside the Biodome. Explore the ten exhibition greenhouses and some thirty outdoor gardens of the Montréal Botanical Gardens. This is just a small example of the leisure-time activities that await you in Montréal.
 

Safe, clean, and convenient, Montréal is less than a day's drive or a one- to two-hour flight from most major cities in the northeastern part of the North American continent. Montréal-Dorval airport offers direct flights to over 130 destinations around the word. Buses, limousines and taxis provide quick, efficient shuttle service between the airport, the major hotels and the City Centre Air Terminal. Via Rail offers regular service to eastern and western Canada. Amtrak provides daily service from New York and Washington.
