Product Development Competition
Students – show off your product development skills at the 2008 AACC International Student Product Development Competition. Sign up by May 1, 2008 and create a new product containing at least one major cereal ingredient. Your product report must be submitted by June 5. The top five teams will be chosen by July 10 to participate in the poster, oral, and product sampling sessions at the annual meeting, September 21–24, in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Teams will be awarded cash prizes of $3,000 for first place, $2,000 for second place, and $1,000 for third place. Travel grants will be awarded to all teams competing at the meeting.
