Milling Specialist
at Northern Crops Institute, Fargo, ND, USA.
This position provides expertise in the field of wheat flour milling for the wheats grown in the U.S. Northern Great Plains states (ND, SD, MN, MT). The position is responsible for the operation of NCI's laboratory and pilot-scale flour mills, teaching in short courses and providing technical expertise for the promotion of northern grown wheat. The position will coordinate milling projects for public and private organizations, and provide technical consulting both in the U. S. and abroad. Salary commensurate with experience. Benefits.
