ROGERS is a leading BC flour and food processor with two mill/processing locations. We produce high quality, competitively priced flours, cereal and other value-added grain based products. Our products are distributed throughout North America and exported to Pacific Rim countries.
ROGERS has an exciting opportunity available! We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for the permanent full-time position of Technical Sales Manager. This position works out of Chilliwack, British Columbia. Travel is a requirement of the position.
Reporting directly to the President, the Technical Sales Manager is responsible for troubleshooting customer issues, technical data support for the sales staff and working with customers on new product development. Other responsibilities in Quality Assurance may be a part of the job depending on the qualifications of the incumbent.
Candidates must hold a Baking Certification and/or an equivalent combination of training and experience. A Degree in Cereal Chemistry is preferred. The successful candidate will have a strong technical sense in addition to excellent communication skills. Crucial to the position is the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
