Mission of the Milling and Baking Division:
The Milling and Baking Division will provide a forum for professionals of all levels on various phases of the chemistry and technology of milling and baking cereal-based products. The Milling and Baking Division will encourage research, discussion and dissemination of information on cereal-based products. The Division will strive to educate and enlighten its members on the latest technological advances, product developments and regulatory issues.
History:
The Milling and Baking Division was organized in 1970, with the first meeting held as the Spring Technical Conference in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The intent was to bring together persons in the fields of milling and baking to provide a forum for discussions, reviews and information-sharing on topics of interest to these industries. The Milling and Baking Division was formed to provide a unified industry stance on matters of government regulation.
Membership Benefits:

Members interact and converse freely on topics that impact our business and research activities.
