AACC International publishes several books on this topic, including the just released Whole-Grain Foods in Health and Disease and the recent book Specialty Grains for Food and Feed

In response to several requests for comment on the General Mills whole grain claims citizens petition, AACC International wrote a letter to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in December 2004.

Cereal Foods World, a leading source of information on grain-based products, technology and new product development recently published the following articles:
