Improve your understanding and knowledge of the practical applications of breakfast cereal production with representatives and consultants from the major cereal companies. Increase your knowledge of the entire process from raw materials through processing and packaging. An afternoon field trip to Wenger Manufacturing will offer the opportunity to see the extrusion process firsthand. This course is designed for product and process development personnel, design engineers and plant/manufacturing engineers.
