In conjunction with Dietary Fibre-2000: Processing, Milling and Nutritional Effects, a joint conference aimed to update knowledge on the definition and milling of dietary fiber, AACC will host a pre-conference workshop entitled "Development of High Fiber Food Products." The workshop will be offered Saturday, May 13, 2000 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Berkeley Court Hotel, Dublin, Ireland.  260 euro.
