Terms of Use
The Approved Methods of Analysis, 11th Edition (AMA) online is available only via Internet subscription to companies, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations. Authorized users at these institutions must agree to the terms and conditions herein.
Authorized users include employees, students, and patrons at locations where the AMA is available by subscription. Authorized users may print, download, utilize calculators and spreadsheets, view videos, and access all enhancements. AMA files may be shared with other authorized users at the same location as long as the AMA subscription is currently active at that location. Information in the AMA may be utilized for private research and studies and may be cited and referenced, but may not be reproduced publicly without prior written consent of AACC Intl.
Single-User Subscriptions are available only to independent self-employed consultants, who may utilize methods in their work but may not distribute individual methods or worksheets or reproduce the AMA in any form for client companies that do not also have a subscription.
Individual methods may be purchased, but may not be shared outside a single laboratory setting where the purchaser is employed.
Subscribing institutions are solely responsible for limiting access to their employees, patrons, or students. These users may not systematically download, copy, reproduce, re-engineer, republish, resell, or redistribute AMA content.
Customer Support and Limitation of Warranties and Liability: AACC Intl. warrants that the AMA will generally be available to authorized users at subscribing companies, except during server maintenance and upgrades, or under unforeseen circumstances. AACC Intl. will make a reasonable effort to answer technical questions concerning access to the AMA and supports the AMA only if it is used under the terms and conditions designated by AACC Intl. Any technical assistance that AACC Intl. may provide to the customer is provided solely as a service to the customer, and AACC Intl. assumes no liability. AACC Intl. makes no warrant that the AMA is free from bugs, errors, or omissions. AACC Intl. is not responsible for any subscriber expense resulting from access to or use of the AMA, including links to third party sites or suppliers.
AACC Intl. may change terms of use at any time and is the sole determiner of license levels and access criteria to the AMA.
